IIBA Edmonton Chapter Matthew Oleniuk business analysis dashboards project management
Zoom Your Project Isn’t Telling You the Truth: Uncover the hidden secrets behind your work and unleash your true potential. This webinar challenges a core assumption in modern project leadership: that “green” dashboards reflect real project health. In reality, formal reporting often hides the earliest warning signs of failure. Leaders may feel reassured by stable metrics while critical vulnerabilities quietly take root outside the reporting frame. Drawing on real-world experience overseeing large, high-risk public-sector initiatives, Matthew Oleniuk explains why the most important signals of project collapse never appear in status reports, why routine dashboards create dangerous blind spots, and how team dynamics and reporting pressure suppress uncomfortable truths. Participants will learn how to recognize the subtle patterns that indicate a project is entering dangerous territory—long before timelines slip, costs escalate, or issues become public—and what leaders can do to surface reality earlier, reduce late-stage surprises, and lead complex projects with greater clarity and confidence. https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/your-project-isnt-telling-you-the-truth-with-matthew-oleniuk-tickets-1982408800086 Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82641736769?pwd=NCDBi8p7clmwZJePirrfpOfpBOyPXf.1 Meeting agenda https://docs.zoom.us/agenda/doc/9e2c8fc0-7107-402c-96a9-d7c0faf3513a Meeting ID: 826 4173 6769 Passcode: 053627 View IIBA Edmonton Chapter,Matthew Oleniuk, business analysis, dashboards, project management
