Rex is a seasoned Business Analyst with 15 years of progressive experience connecting business needs with technology solutions across diverse industries, including finance, energy, government, and professional services.

He is passionate about leveraging business analysis to drive transformation, reduce risk, and deliver value through initiatives such as system modernization, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
