IIBA Edmonton Chapter together in collaboration with the ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals) Alberta Chapter, is excited to co-host a workshop based on a case study on November 19, 2019.

This is a unique opportunity for two disciplines, that often work together on a project, to engage with a case study from both perspectives. The case study focuses on IT implementation to combine 2 systems within 9 months. The various roles involved in the project are outlined to demonstrate the complexity of the project. In groups, participants will explore specific questions that facilitate the planning for a successful project.
